Rumailah App - Account Deletion Policy

1. Introduction At Rumailah, we respect your privacy and are committed to providing users with control over their personal data. This policy outlines the process for requesting account deletion and the handling of user data upon deletion.

2. How to Request Account Deletion Users can request the deletion of their Rumailah account through the following methods:

  • In-App Request: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts.

  • Email Request: Send an email to admin@rumailahfarms.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email and username for verification.

3. Data Deletion Process Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

  • Verify the identity of the user to prevent unauthorized deletion.

  • Remove all personal information associated with the account, including name, email, transaction history, and loyalty points.

  • Anonymize any non-personal aggregated data for analytical purposes.

  • Complete the deletion process within 7-14 business days and confirm via email.

4. Retention of Certain Data Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes, including:

  • Transaction records required by financial or tax authorities.

  • Logs necessary for security monitoring.

5. Consequences of Account Deletion

  • Users will lose access to their loyalty points, rewards, and purchase history.
